On behalf of the New England Hand Society (NEHS) and its' members, thank you for your support of the Society in the past. We are very excited about this year's 36th Annual Meeting and cordially invite you and your organization to be a part of the event.

It is the largest educational program the Society conducts and this year's event will be held on Friday, December 5, 2008 at the Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA. With more than 250 physicians, residents, physician assistants and physical therapists invited, this is the only regional program that provides you and your company with an opportunity to interact with attendees and discuss your products and services.

The exhibit fee for this year's meeting is $850.00 which includes:
• A 8' table top display covered and skirted with 2 chairs
• Continental breakfast & lunch for 2 Representatives
• Company listing in Meeting Program
• Company listing on NEHS Website

For those who require electricity, an electrical connection is available for a $25.00 connection fee and must be prepaid in advance as onsite requests cannot be granted.

Space is limited to twenty companies and if you plan to participate, please complete the attached form and return it to the New Engand Hand Society with payment by September 30th.
